Click here to join for free, or by hovering over the Membership Account icon to the right of the search bar located at the top of every page throughout HOKA.com. You can also become a HOKA Member at a qualifying HOKA retail store.

After initial enrollment, a registration email will be sent to the email address provided. This email will include a temporary password and direct you to finish setting up your Member Account page on HOKA.com to activate your Membership Account.

No; the HOKA Membership Program is open to movers of every level. The Challenges have been designed to inspire you to get up and get active - whatever that means to you. So whether you're pounding the pavements chasing your next PB, or just on the move all-day at work, Membership works to celebrate and reward you.

HOKA Membership is separated into three Tiers and each Tier's benefits are exclusive to its Members. All Members begin their Membership journey in the Run Tier at sign up.

To earn Tier Status beyond the Run Tier you must first complete the Squad Certified Challenge:

• Go to the Challenges section to find the Squad Certified Challenge.
• Click on Details for instructions on how to complete the Challenge by completing your HOKA Member profile.

Once the Squad Certified Challenge is complete, elevating your Tier Status is simple. The higher the Tier, the better the Benefits. Within a single calendar year (1st January-31st December), Membership Tiers are determined by:

• Run Tier (Tier 1): up to £250 spent on HOKA.com or in a qualifying HOKA retail store in a given calendar year.
• Sprint Tier (Tier 2): £250- £500 spent on HOKA.com or in a qualifying HOKA retail store in a given calendar year.
• Fly Tier (Tier 3): £500+ spent on HOKA.com or in a qualifying HOKA retail store in a given calendar year.

Please note that only HOKA® owned retail stores located in the UK (“qualifying HOKA retail store”) and HOKA.com are part of this Program.

Please be aware that even if spending requirements are met, to move up from Run Tier to Sprint Tier you must complete the Squad Certified Challenge.

Your current Tier Status is visible in your Membership Account dashboard. It’s typically updated in real time but may take up to 72 hours to reflect online orders from HOKA.com, purchases at qualifying HOKA retail stores, exchanges, and returns.

To redeem your Rewards:

On HOKA.com

Click 'Redeem' on your Reward, or enter the coupon code during checkout:

• Navigate to the Rewards section in your Member Account.
• Click on the Reward you'd like to redeem.
• Click 'Copy Code'.
• Paste the code in the Coupon Code field in your Cart, or in the Apply Coupon Codes/Gift Cards option in the Payment section during checkout.

At a qualifying HOKA retail store:

Show your Reward either from your Membership Account or from your Reward email to the store associate at checkout.

Some Rewards are eligible for redemption with participating partners. We’ll give you clear instructions on how to redeem each type of Reward when you click 'Redeem'.

You can view eligibility requirements and how to participate in a Challenge by clicking 'Details' on the Challenge page. We’d suggest reviewing the details before starting a Challenge to verify you’re eligible and understand the Challenge requirements.

You are welcome to tackle multiple Challenges simultaneously.

Connecting your fitness device to your Membership Account is super easy and takes seconds:

• Once you’ve completed sign up for the HOKA Membership program, go to your Membership Dashboard.
• Go to Fitness Device Connect.
• Click 'Get Started' and agree to the terms of use.
• Enter your details.
• Select your device. If your device is not listed, check back soon. New devices are being added all the time.
• Sign into your device account and complete instructions.

Please ensure that location and weather services are enabled to enjoy all the benefits. To provide you with the most accurate Milestone updates, your device will need to stay on you when tracking Challenge progress.
