    I would not call these so much a hiking boot but an urban hiker. There is not much support at the ankle due to the fabric structure but they are lightweight and very comfortable to wear. For me, a half size up helped improve the comfort greatly since they are not offered in wide. I have a love/hate ...

    I have a small farm and I'm on my feet all day. These boots have made me literally feel springier with every step. My knees are happy again! The lacing takes some getting used to, but I appreciate the tighter ""throat"" about my ankle as wood chips, hay, and whatever else is less likely to slip into...

    Just bought my second pair

    I have nearly worn out the first pair, and had to make sure my next pair was ready to go. Just like all my other Hokas, minimal break in time, lots of comfort. On long hikes, it's nice not to have to worry about my feet.

    These look freaking cool. The support does not live up to the look though.

    Tried two pair before I got the right fit. Even so, didn’t quite get the support I’m used to with a trail/hiking boot. Generally love Hokas, and I have 10 pair of running and trail shoes. This one however isn’t supportive enough for me to recommend it.

    I wore once and found the ankle/heel support too loose for me. It doesn't provide the level of stability and confidence I need, particularly for use at high elevations, rough terrain and slopes.
